White Carnation

2 oz vodka

1/2 oz peach schnapps

2 oz orange juice

2 oz seltzer (or enough to fill)

Splash of cream

Garnish: orange slice

Add all ingredients except seltzer in an ice filled tin and shake Strain into ice filled hurricane glass. Top with seltzer and garnish with an orange wheel.
