Margarita:
2 oz triple berry simple syrup (recipe below)
2 oz lime juice
4 oz tequila
Shake over ice, strain into sugar rimmed glass and garnish with three skewered berries.
Triple Berry Simple Syrup
Heat 1 cup water, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup each of 3 berries (I used blackberry, raspberry and blueberry but you could also use strawberry, lingonberries, currants...you get the idea.) simmer 5 minutes and mash berries as they cook. Allow to cool. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and refrigerate.
