The Lilac Rose


2 oz Empress gin

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

3 drops rose water

Seltzer water


Combine first 4 ingredients in an ice filled tin and shake. Strain into rocks glass and top with seltzer water. Garnish with rose shaped ice cube, rose petals or mint sprig.
