1 oz strawberry gin
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lemon juice
2 drops rose water
Rosé Prosecco
Honey and dried, crushed rose petals for garnish
Paste a small strip of honey on the outside of champagne glass and dust with crushed dried rose petals. Combine first 4 ingredients in an ice filled tin and shake. Strain into prepared glass and top with Rosé Prosecco.
