Daiquiri
1 cup fresh hulled strawberries
2 oz strawberry rum
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz strawberry purée
1 cup ice
Strawberries and Cream Whip
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
1 tsp strawberry extract
1 oz Bailey’s Strawberry & Cream
In a blender, combine all daiquiri ingredients until smooth. Pour into hurricane glass.
For whipped cream, mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Add to chilled whipped cream dispenser, add gas cartridge and shake. Top cocktail.
Garnish with strawberry and American flag!
