2 oz white rum
1 oz. coconut rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1/2 oz blue curaçao
Mix first 4 ingredients in shaker with ice and shake. Strain into chilled martini glass. Drizzle* blue curaçao slowly down edge of glass. Garnish as desired.
*The curaçao is supposed to sink to the bottom, but I’m convinced my curaçao thinks it’s like the Titanic, unsinkable. But the Titanic did a better job of dropping to the bottom than this stuff! Congratulations if you can make it happen.
