Lavender Gin Sour



1 1/2 oz Empress gin

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz lavender syrup

1 egg white


Combine all ingredients in an ice filled tin and shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lavender petals.
