Bottom Layer
1 cup strawberries, preferably frozen
2 oz light rum
2 o coconut rum
1 oz strawberry syrup
Top Layer
3 oz cream of coconut
5 oz pineapple juice
1 small banana
1 1/2 cups ice
Combine all bottom layer ingredients in a blender and purée. Pour into hurricane glass and rinse blender. Combine all top layer ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour slowly into center of bottom layer, pushing the layer up along the sides of the glass. Garnish with strawberry, pineapple or umbrella.
