This awesome 5 minute dessert is impressive enough to serve dinner guests!
I dipped canned pineapple rings in brown sugar and caramelized them on a hot grill for about 2 minutes per side. I moved them to a shallow bowl and topped with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on each. I added a swirl of cake batter whipped topping and drizzled with caramel sauce.
(Whipped cream was a cup heavy whipping cream, 2 heaping tablespoons of confectioners sugar and a teaspoon of cake batter extract. I used a whipped cream dispenser but you could hand whip or use a mixer.)
It was super easy and absolutely delicious - don’t wait to try it!
