Grapefruit Lemon Fizz

2 oz ruby red grapefruit vodka

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice

Sparkling grapefruit soda

Combine first four ingredients in an ice filled tin and shake. Strain into an ice filled mason jar and top with sparkling grapefruit soda. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint sprig.
