Donna’s Royal Lavender



2 oz Empress gin

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz lavender syrup

1/4 oz Crème de Violette

1/2 egg white

Lavender petals for garnish


Combine all ingredients in an ice filled tin and shake hard. Remove ice and shake again for 20 seconds. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lavender petals.
