2 oz tequila
1 oz prickly pear syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 cup milk
Add all ingredients in a glass container, stir and let sit until liquid curdles, 30-60 minutes, or more. Strain through cheesecloth two times then chill. Serve in cold glass with lemon twist garnish.
