Champagne Cobbler Cocktail

3/4 oz Triple Sec

2 oz seltzer water

6 oz Champagne

2 raspberries

1 small blackberry

Muddle berries in glass and add ice. Stir in triple sec and seltzer. Top with champagne and garnish with more berries.
